Digital products (PDF patterns): Orders cannot be canceled or changed after purchase, since files are delivered instantly.

Handmade dolls:

Cancellations or changes can only be requested within 24 hours after placing the order.

After 24 hours, we may have already started working on your handmade item, and cancellation may not be possible.
